The Energy Shift As Of The Spring Equinox And About The Spiritual World

Dear Friends, 🙂

I hope this message finds you thriving during this ever-changing period following the Spring Equinox on March 20, which is considered the Universal New Year. Things have started to evolve rapidly since that day, and this momentum will continue until 2031. 🌟

With the new moon in Aries and a solar eclipse on March 29, we have been given a unique opportunity for self-realization, allowing us to explore the hidden passions deep within our unconscious minds. 🔥

Additionally, the dreamy planet Neptune entered Aries on March 30, encouraging us to envision our innermost desires for this lifetime. These past couple of months have been busy ones as we navigate the new era of the Age of Aquarius. There have been intentional nudges from the Universe to help us go beyond the old programming and limiting beliefs. ⚠️

To live a fulfilling and purposeful life filled with unconditional love, abundance, joy, happiness, health, and success, here are some tips to help you manifest your dreams: 😇

🌟 Be Grateful: Start a daily gratitude journal. Write at least 20 things you are grateful for every single day.

🌟Use High-Vibration Words: Incorporate high-vibration words into your daily life. Examples include: thank you, love, joy, happiness, success, God, money, mom, dad, baby, abundance, health, wealth, freedom, angels, ease, peace, etc.

🌟Avoid Low-Vibration Words: Steer clear of low-vibration words such as bad, hate, terrible, sick, ugly, hard, poor, weak, etc. Instead of saying, “I made a bad decision,” you can rephrase it as, “I made a not very good decision.” Even in the negative circumstances, use high vibration words with the word, “NOT.”  By doing this, you can maintain a higher vibration for your health, happiness, and success!

🌟 Surround Yourself with Positive People: Spend time with those who uplift you. Avoid individuals who put you down, speak unkindly of themselves or others, or frequently use low-vibration language. Seek friendships with those who have clear goals, dreams, and a passion for love, regardless of their circumstances; they are likely to be your energy-match Soul Sisters or Brothers!

🌟 Pray or Meditate Daily: Connect with the spiritual world regularly to express your openness to receiving blessings. Remember to say “Thank you!”

I hope these insights and tips support your journey of personal growth and manifestation. Remember, I am always here to guide and assist you. 😌💫

I also wanted to share a personal update.

My dear mother passed away on February 17. Today marks the 49th day since her passing, an auspicous day in our culture, believed to be a time for the soul to transition to a higher dimension. I still feel her absence profoundly.

She lived her life to the fullest until she reached the age of 82 and was survived by my sister and me. Now, she is free from physical pain. I can access her consciousness at any time, knowing that she watches over me as if seeing me on a screen. Despite this comfort, I still deeply miss her.

I still sometimes find myself asking my mom, “What do I do now? You have been here for me all these years, and now you are gone…”

Some people believe that consciousness only exists within the body, so when someone passes away, that is the end. This is not true at all.

I experienced my mom’s soul journey after her body ceased to function.

She was very attached to her physical form, to the extent that she still felt fear, pain, and confusion about what was happening to her. I had to remind her that she was no longer in her body and should not feel any pain; she no longer needed her wheelchair and was free from all these physical constraints.

However, she then experienced anxiety and sadness about no longer having her home, a place where she had raised her children. Throughout her life, she had always been a “worrier,” so this was part of her personality.

I reminded her about what had happened to her home. (In short, my brother took her home against her will when she was suffering from dementia and incapable of making sound decisions while in a retirement home. My sister and I cared for her in a rental apartment after she begged my sister to take her out of the facility.) I encouraged my mom’s soul to stay with me and my sister to help her feel safe and connected.

Many of her friends attended her funeral, despite the cold weather in Tokyo in February. They were around her age, and some even came with canes or limped. My mom felt, “Oh, I wanted to stay here a little longer.” My mom and I cried together as her friends stood and cried around her casket.

The process of cremation was nerve-wracking for her. I sensed her hesitation and anxiety, so I reminded her that she was no longer in her body. I told her to go into her funeral photo that I held in my arms during the ceremony. She said, “Okay, I will be fine if you are with me.”

After that, there were ups and downs with her emotions before she found peace from her anxiety and attachments.

Now, on the 49th day of this ceremony, when I try to reach my mom, I feel like I am sinking deeper into the sea. It’s so deep that I fear drowning. This sensation tells me that she has successfully transitioned to another dimension, where I can continue to connect with her spirit consciously.

If you have experienced the grief and loss of a loved one, trust that they can see you and hear you. They are still the same people you remember from when they were physically present in your life. They may send you messages through your dreams, through others, or even through books, online and inspiration. You are still connected with them on a conscious level.

Trust that you will be reunited when the time comes. Until then, we continue to walk on our life purpose path 💫

Wishing you all an amazing week! 😇
